Yes, fear is essential to our survival. However, if you’re like me, you experience plenty of irrational fears that only result in holding you back, excessive worry, ruminating thoughts, and not living to your full potential.
Sometimes we can see these fears come from our parents, what happened to us in the past or maybe even a past life. We can look to the past for understanding but the change can only happen now.
I’ve used this recording the most in my life (your girl has a lot of fears!) and it has helped me with blocks in my work, the courage to speak of things I’ve been ashamed of, and even it’s helped me when leaving my new puppy for the first time (I’m that dog parent, obsessed).
